Three years ago my father-in-law, Kenneth Cook, passed away from ALS. He was a humble man who would help his neighbor if he saw someone in need and would give the shirt off his back to anyone whom asked. He was my husband’s best friend whom he spoke to daily. He is deeply missed. I took the Ice Bucket Challenge and contributed to the MDA to find a cure for this horrible disease.
