MS symptoms: Prepared to Save the Lives Around Me

Unknown-2For personal reasons, I wanted to obtain first responder training to identify early warning signs of major medical issues in family and friends. Determination and tenacity are personality traits that assist in my achieving goals. Despite set backs with MS, I passed my assessments and test to be an ETT in Alaska. I plan to study all summer before I finish the EMT training in the fall. By studying ahead I am taking steps to ensure my memory issues and fatigue will not prevent me from accomplishing my goal of becoming an EMT and being there to assist those around me. As it is, I identified a sugar low in a relative and was able to give frosting to that person before the low dropped to additional symptoms. Score for the ETT class!
