MS symptoms: MRI Results Create Questions About New Medication

celebrate
I couldn’t believe what I was reading on my MRI report today – no significant changes! I used to get down every time I had a new MRI report because the news was never good. Over time I simply wondered how bad it would be. Today, for the first time since 2001, my report shows no new progression. Now here’s the kicker, I have not been on medication since the day of my last MRI. With my white cells at 3.1 and no new progression, do I need to begin Tecfidera? Merry Christmas to me!!

Last medication: Gilenya, stopped 10 months ago due to breathing and heart rate issues. Could it still be working?
