The official side effects list for Tecfidera is missing hair loss. My neurologist says it shouldn’t be the medication because hair loss is not a side effect. And yet, my hair is thinning at an alarming rate. With thyroid in check and all other medications having been in place prior to Tecfidera one can only conclude the pill may actually have an unlisted side effect. Hmm… I checked the MS forums and discovered I am not the sole experiencer of hair loss. Tubs filled with hair seem to be happening to unsuspecting MSers on Tecfidera. Strange. I have a sneaking suspicion hair loss is a side effect of Tecfidera, at least for some people.
