Doc Terry Martin Supports Caregivers

LetsFaceItIt is way too easy to get caught up the issues faced by someone who is sick with multiple sclerosis or some other debilitating disease or terminal illness. One must not take their eye off the caregiver who can transform from caregiver to patient without notice. Caregivers are at high risk of developing depression, 60%. They also come down with serious illnesses of their own as a result of the stress of caring for someone else.

Doc Terry Martin, Ph.D., authors “Let’s Face it. Care” at http://www.letsfaceit.care. This site is loaded with articles, advice to caregivers, support group connections, latest news, etc. Whether you are the patient or the caregiver, Doc Martin’s site has something helpful for everyone. I highly recommend it.
