MS symptoms: MS Pain, A Way of Life

chronic-pain-cyclePain means tender, ache, throb, agony, misery, suffering, even torture. Muscle, joint, and even unseeable skin pain comes and goes. Chronic pain is an aspect of my daily life along with 48% of other MS patients. Some days are pain-free. Others knock me for a loop leaving me on the couch unmotivated to move. In addition to multiple sclerosis pain, I have fibromyalgia, hypothyroidism, and arthritis. No pity party for me though. Every day is a gift with some days having more to offer than others. I find it easier if I understand where the pain is coming from and how to manage it, preferably becoming pain-free.

This week on www.MSsymptoms.me I am going to dive into multiple sclerosis pain, where it comes from and how to manage it.
