MS symptoms: I’m Not Lazy, I’m Sick

8ad5e7ae957baac90014634d7ec67beeToday I woke up at 11 am. I’m not lazy. I don’t sleep in when I am doing well. The past three days I have slept 12 hours per night. I only sleep long hours when I am fighting off an MS attack. With extended family around on vacation it feels like no explanation I give absolves me of the appearance of laziness or the pity for my husband who has a wife sleeping in so late every day. What can I say? I needed the sleep? I do need the sleep. I’m just sorry it is when others are around and wishing I were up to take part in things such as breakfast.
