MS symptoms: Every Dollar Helps

NYC

Getting around might be easier for the NYC disabled. A son’s desire to help his wheelchair bound father (due to MS) may just make things easier for all disable residents and visitors to the Big Apple. Anthony’s family has struggled to find wheelchair accessible locations on public transportation in the city. This issue inspired Anthony’s idea to create an application addressing the situation.

Anthony’s application will assist those with mobility issues to locate easier access points of public transportation in NYC. The project is posted on KickStarter, a fund raising website. As of today he has 29 backers pledging $1,194 with 45 days to go. If the project does not reach the $5,000 goal he will not receive any funding.
