MS Pill Head? Not If I Can Help It!

PillOverloadEver feel like all you do is take medication, vitamins and supplements? I sure do. I am always on the hunt for the next pill I can eliminate from my intake. Famous for receiving prescriptions and never taking them, my doctors must hate my self-determination. In my defense I want to be as drug-free as possible – even vitamins and supplements are somewhat of a drug, in my opinion. Doctors offer me the opportunity to ease my situation with a prescription. It is an option I didn’t have prior to the appointment. Sometimes I accept while other times I fill it and leave it on the shelf, just in case. Then there are the nasty prescriptions with terrible side effects that are never going to happen.

Staple supplements found in my pill box each day are: vitamin D, calcium, B-complex and CoQ10. Image from photolog.com.
